MASTER CHEF DAVID BARUTHIO
David is a Maîtres Cuisiniers de France-designated chef, one of only 200
in the world. As a well-known Des Moines restaurateur, he was a frequent
guest on the Iowa PBS program “Iowa Ingredient” and appeared on the
Food Network’s “Beat Bobby Flay.” He has culinary experience around the
world, and he and his wife, Sara Hill, also operate a farm near Belmond
where they grow specialty produce for their signature meals.
